Steven Bram, Mortgage broker/real estate investment broker, President of George Smith Partners, on deal issues which borrowers’ counsel will need to know concerning major CRE loans;
Richard Zelle, Expert witness, President of Allied USA Corp., on hot issues in CRE lending litigation and the effective use by borrowers’ lawyers
of forensic specialists in those suits; and
Allan Drazen, President and CEO of Genesis Capital, a private lending fund,
on the role of private money funds to help borrowers (and opportunistic buyers) in today’s transactions and in preparation for the impending wave of CRE loan refinancing expected in the next several years.
